3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

bd54 reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• National Identity Card (NID) — A valid identity card issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• Passport — Within valid expiry date.
• Driving License — Issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority.
• Proof of Address — Bank statement or utility bill (within 3 months).

bd54 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal facility until the verification process is complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following methods can be used to deposit funds into your bd54 account:

• Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami, Sonali Bank)

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

General rules regarding bonuses:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering conditions.
• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and will be cancelled if not used within the specified time.

5.2 VIP Program

The bd54 VIP program has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level. bd54 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

• All bets cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.
• bd54 reserves the right to reconsider game rounds completed due to technical errors.
